Stress is a natural and normal part of life and from time to time everyone can experience stress and no one can escape from that. Overcoming Fear of Failure. School exams and work can sometimes be really stressful for any individual. You can actually reduce the fear of failure if you are prepared very well the day before the exam, go to bed early, and sleep well. Taking stimulants is not an option, they might put you on edge. Relax and do your best. Always keep in mind that one test seldom makes or breaks a person for life, if you fail, there will be other chances. Do not give up!
Listening to Soothing Music. Listening to soothing music can have an exceptionally relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, particularly slow, quiet classical music.
