Ingredients
• One large banana (sliced, frozen)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 6 oz Greek Yogurt (flavored or unflavored)
• ¾ cup skim milk (or your favorite kind of milk or milk substitute)
• 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• Chocolate syrup (optional)

Preparation
Add the banana, the cocoa powder, the yogurt, and the milk into a blender and blend. Add the honey and the peanut butter. Blend again until smooth. You may have to scrape the sides a few times in order to get everything properly mixed. Serve in a tall glass, and drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup over the top (optional)
