Banana, Berries and Avocado Smoothie

Berries are packed a lot of antioxidants that really help your body to fight against cell damage, premature aging and oxidative stress associated with the growth and development of many diseases! On the other hand, berries are also an abundant source of fiber and when you combine them with banana, avocado and the hydration from coconut water, the smoothie that will come out will be helpful for detoxify your bowels and replenish electrolytes.

> Ingredients:
## One handful of baby spinach leaves
## One-half small avocado
## One cup organic berries (frozen)
## One banana
## 1 ½ cups of coconut water (or purified water)
## Optional: Ice cubes

Tip: use organic ingredients as much as possible

Just put all of the listed ingredients in a blender and blend on a high speed to reach a smooth texture. Serve immediately and enjoy.
