Breakfast, The Most Important Meal of The Day!
Many people in the world are usually too busy in the morning to have breakfast, others say that they are not enough hungry when they wake up in the morning to want to eat their breakfast.
People who don’t eat breakfast could potentially be doing a lot more damage to their bodies than good. Some studies have shown that those who don’t skip breakfast in the morning (especially men) have healthier heart and blood vessels.
Those who skip breakfast felt hungrier later in the day and usually consume more food at night. This can lead to a change of metabolism, which causes heart disorders.
Therefore breakfast is the most important meal for proper body development and growth. Nevertheless, the selection of food that you make for breakfast is also very much important. The best combination is water and fruits for beginning of the day considering the fact that mornings are periods when beginning the process of detoxication. All of the sugars and fruits undergo in nearly no digestion in mouth and stomach. It means that they are digested mainly in the intestines.
When the day is started only with water and fruits, they are not kept in the stomach for a long period, thus helping in cleaning the stomach as well as the intestines from the toxins that are kept from the previous day.
Nearly half an hour after, you can take your cereals with rice in combination with almond milk, or maybe a whole-grain slice of bread, butter, and your favourite nuts for breakfast. In case you have a hard day, consuming two eggs with tomatoes or cucumbers is not a mistake. The fresh vegetables are excellent for digestion and also they give you more energy. Very Important thing is to drink water as much as necessary. But nevertheless, don’t take water right after your breakfast, it can make difficulties in digestion. Wait some time (about an hour) after your meal and then drink water as you want.
If this is your choice for breakfast, you will not feel that much hunger later, as you usually feel with skipping it. So, you will definitely eat less for lunch and dinner and this can result in reducing weight faster and healthier.
