Healthy Salad With Avocado and Black Bean
This fantastic avocado and black bean salad work great as an energy booster. May also be termed as a perfect Muscle Food, just because its nutrients “travel straight” to the muscles. In this salad has stored a small percentage of fat, nonetheless, this will not cause any kind of problems. If you would like to prepare this healthy salad of avocado and black bean you will need the following ingredients:
## One can of rinsed and drained black beans
## Four tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
## Two diced avocados
## Diced red onions, a minimum of ¼ of a cup
## One cup sliced grape tomato
## Chopped cilantro, also ¼ of a cup (Just like red onion)
## One clove of garlic (in case you are not fond of garlic, simply ignore it)
## Lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper (optional)
## One-half cup corn
For a start, you need 2 bowls, in one of the bowls drain and also rinse the black beans and mix them up with vinegar. Further, in the other one bowl mix the red onion, avocado, cilantro, corn and the tomato.
