Healthy Walnut and Beet Salad Something You Haven't Tasted Before!!

> Ingredients:
## Butter lettuce
## Arugula
## Cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
## Sliced beets (halved)
## Walnuts (toasted)

> Dressing (for 2 salads):
## Three tablespoons walnut oil
## Two tablespoons white wine vinegar
## One tablespoon heavy cream
## One tsp. mustard
## Quarter cup teaspoon brown sugar
## Quarter cup teaspoon sea salt
## 1/8 teaspoon pepper

> Preparation:
Walnuts need to be toasted in a dry sauté pan. When you do that, next step is to remove the walnuts from a pan and toss with a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt. Set aside.

Mix all of the ingredients together for the dressing. Now combine all of the salad ingredients (including toasted walnuts that are prepared previously) and toss with dressing. This is excellent healthy salad which is easy to make and very tasty to enjoy yourself.
