In this smoothie are included important ingredients such as cinnamon, pineapple, oats and is a rich source of nutrients including silicon, vitamin C, magnesium, and bromelain. Also, it has anti-inflammatory properties which can lower the pain as a result of friction during movements.

> Ingredients:
## Water (250 ml)
## Instant oatmeal (1 cup)
## Honey (40 g)
## Pineapple chunks (2 cups)
## Orange juice (2 cups)
## Cinnamon (7 g)
## Almonds (40 g, crushed)

> Preparation:
In 200 ml of water cook the oats and then add 2 cups of orange juice in the cooked oats. Further, add 2 cups of pineapple chunks, 40 g of crushed almonds, 40 g of honey as well as 7 g of cinnamon in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. After you get smooth paste add the cooked oats and orange juice mixture and 50 ml of water and blend again. Now your smoothie is ready, Enjoy!
