Melon Smoothie Recipe With Yogurt

This smoothie is an excellent way to get a number of extra helpings of fruits and veggies. The combination of yogurt with kale and honeydew melon is not just refreshing and hydrating, but it is a fat burning and delicious combination. Here is what you will need:

Ingredients
• One cup kale leaves
• One cup baby spinach leaves
• One banana (needs to be frozen)
• Cubed honeydew melon (about 12 to 14 cubes should be enough)
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain works best)
• 4 or 5 ice cubes

Preparation
Just add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend about 30 seconds or until you reach smooth mixture.
