• 50 grams (1/4 cup of sage)
• 50 grams (1/4 cup of marshmallow leaves)
• 10 grams of chamomile
• 10 grams of lemon balm
Mix all of the ingredients together in 500ml (17oz) of water. Leave it to set for three hours. After the time is up start boiling the mixture and leave it to simmer in a covered pot for five minutes. Take the pot off the boil and drink 2 to 3 cups of the tea half an hour before consuming a meal.

• 50 grams (1/4 cups) of birch leaves
• 50 grams (1/4 cups) of bearberries
• 50 grams (1/4 cups) of marshmallow flower
