• One egg
• One medium banana
• Two tablespoons oatmeal
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
Just put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Turn heat to medium. Pour small amounts of batter into silver-dollar-size pancakes. Cook until edges are firm and middle starts to form air bubbles.
Flip. You can serve those pancakes with some fruits and maple syrup!
