Perfect Afternoon Pick Me Up Smoothie

This smoothie is made of spring greens, banana, red grapes, pear, and walnuts. All of the ingredients are packed with many nutrients such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium. This delicious smoothie can be enjoyed as an afternoon refresher to boost your energy till the end of the day.

Ingredients
• 2 handfuls of rinsed spring greens
• One banana
• One cup red grapes
• One cored pear
• 1/8 cup of walnuts
• Water

Preparation
Blend all of those ingredients in a blender (NutriBullet works best for me) about 20 seconds or until you get the wanted consistency.
