The Only 4 Exercises You’ll Ever Need

But, what exercises should you choose? Do you run and hit the gym, or do you combine some cardio and strength based training? Why don’t you try these 4 exercises which will tone your body, keep you healthy and most importantly, boost the blood flow in your body after waking up? You can perform them at home, and they won’t take much of your time!
Start your day with those 4 great exercises:
Chair Dips. Sit on a sturdy chair and stretch your legs in front, then bend your knees and put your feet on the ground. Now, grab the edges of the chair and slide your butt off the edge while keeping your body straight. Keep your abdominals flexed and bend your elbows, then lower the body in a straight line. Lift yourself back up when your arms form a 90-degree angle.
Push Ups. This is a very common exercise you probably already know. Start in the push-up position, placing your hands beneath your shoulders with your back straight. Now, bend the elbows and lower your body until your chest almost hits the floor then go back up, while keeping a straight back and flexed abs.
Squats. Spread your legs at shoulder width, keeping your toes pointed straight and your knees bent. Lower your body into a squatting position with your knees behind your toes, then bend your knees at 90 degrees and pause, then stand straight up. Repeat the exercise as much as you can in 3 sets. Wall sitting will make squats a little easier.
Plank. The plank is a powerful exercise which can tone your abdominal muscles even better than sit-ups. Start in a push-up position, spreading your weight on the tips of your toes and your hands. Keep the arms and back straight and hold this position for as long as you can. Make a challenge out of it: start the first day with a 30-second plank, then increase 10 seconds a day until you reach a 4-minute plank.
In order to be fit and healthy, you need to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. Keeping fit is not an easy task, but these 4 exercises will help you achieve your goal if you practice them regularly. In only 2 weeks, you will start feeling better.
