Broccoli & Celery Smoothie

This green smoothie contains a high source of vitamins such as B1, B6, vitamin K and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, phosphorus and also contains a rich source of folate. In order to make this smoothie you will need following Ingredients:

## Eight medium broccoli florets (chopped)
## Four medium stalks of celery (chopped)
## One large tangerine or maybe 2 smaller (peeled and deseeded)
## Eight to ten ounces of filtered water
## One-half teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)

> Preparation:
Begin with adding the liquid into the blender, and then the soft fruit. Broccoli goes last in the blender. Blend on maximum speed for thirty seconds or perhaps until there will be no more chunks.
