Ingredients (4 Servings)
• One cup walnuts
• Three medium banana (cold or frozen)
• 1 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen)
• Two cups unsweetened non-dairy milk

Preparation
Simply blend all of those ingredients in a blender for about 20 seconds or until you get a smooth texture. drink it immediately. Enjoy!
