Amazing Banana Walnut Smoothie Recipe
There is nothing better than this classic combo with walnut and banana its sounds delicious but also taste delicious as well. Each serving contains a significant source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, B-vitamins, potassium, and calcium.
Remove the peel and then slice the banana and after that freeze for a minimum of 1 hour. Now in a blender put the following Ingredients milk, honey, walnuts and cinnamon and blend these ingredients until walnuts get broken into really small pieces. After that add the banana (that is sliced and frozen previously) and again blend until the mixture becomes smooth. The drink is now ready to pour into a glass and on top add the toasted wheat germ. Enjoy in this smoothie with a straw or maybe a spoon.
