Apricot-Mango Madness – Wonderful Smoothie To Start The Day!
This super healthy smoothie is made of apricots, mangoes, milk and fresh lemon juice that adds a tangy splash to this sweet smoothie. All those ingredients are very nutritious, contain many essential vitamins and minerals. Definitely, this drink deserves a try!
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
• Six apricots, peeled, pitted, and chopped (about 2 cups)
• Two ripe mangoes, 10 to 12 ounces each, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
• 1 cup reduced-fat milk or plain low-fat yogurt
• Four teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Eight ice cubes
Add all of the ingredients in a blender (without ice cubes) and blend about 10 seconds. After that add the ice cubes and blend until you get a smooth texture. Pour into tall glasses and drink right away.
