## 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
## 2 glasses of water
## 2 teaspoons of black tea
## 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
## 2 teaspoons o ground cardamom
## ½ a cup of almond milk
## ½ a thumb0sized piece of ginger
## 1 teaspoon of honey
– Mix all the powdered ingredients together
– Add water to the mix and bring it to the boil
– Boil for ten minutes
– Add the black tea and boil for a further 2 minutes
– Strain the mixture and add almond milk
– Use honey to sweeten the tea
– Drink whenever you want during the day and enjoy!
