Make this Incredible Dark Cherry Smoothie Like Snack or Dessert!
This incredible cherry smoothie can be made in just 5 minutes. It is loaded with superfoods to give you lasting energy and support a healthy immune system. This smoothie includes cherries, banana, plain yogurt or milk and you can make it as a snack or even as a dessert.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
• One cup frozen sweet cherries (pitted)
• One frozen banana (cut in chunks)
• One 1/2 cups plain yogurt or milk (dairy or other)
• 6 fresh dark cherries (for garnish)
Add all of the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender. Blend until you reach smooth consistency. Pour into two glasses and garnish with the fresh dark cherries. Drink immediately.
