Vitamin Bomb Smoothie For A Stronger Immune System
This smoothie can help you to speed up your metabolism, improve your immune system and even will help you to reach that slim line that you have always wanted.
## 1,5 to 2 cup of cold filtrated water
## just one apple (peeled and chopped)
## just one pear (peeled and chopped)
## and just one banana
## Two celery leaves
## Five cups of grounded green salad
## Six cups spinach (chopped)
## Ice, ½ a coriander, half a cup of parsley (these ingredients are optional, you can add them or not it depend on you)
Fruits and vegetables need to be washed very well before you start to make this smoothie. Now add the spinach, green salad, and water into the blender. Blend those components on low speed till you reach a homogeneous mixture. Increase the blending speed and add the remaining ingredients. I highly recommend you to add the lemon and banana last.
